At TrainTogether, our Accelerate Leadership Development Programme supports experienced managers in their career development and advancement.
Our Accelerate Programme focuses on the transition from managing people and processes, to being a leader. Our programme develops self-awareness, personal resilience and a more proactive approach to people management that add values to the team and organisation as opposed to firefighting issues as they occur.
It is aimed at operational managers, middle managers and Heads of Department.
Our Accelerate programme is delivered over a 5 month period, with one full day workshop per month as follows:
Our leadership development programme is delivered in our dedicated Training Suite in Holywood Co.Down and each full day workshop runs from 9.30am – 4.30pm. Our dedicated training space is bright, modern and spacious and provides a great environment for learning and developing away from the distractions of the day job.
We are an approved centre with ILM, part of the City and Guilds Group and the UK’s leading provider of leadership and management qualifications. Our Accelerate programme provides delegates with the opportunity to achieve an ILM Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management. We provide ongoing tutorial support to delegates to support them in successfully completing the two required assignments in order to achieve the ILM Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management.
Our programme is designed and delivered by a team of HR and Leadership professionals who are considered to be industry leaders in their field. We use our personal experience as HR Consultants, workplace coaches and workplace mediators, working across a diverse range of sectors, to provide a highly impactful and engaging programme that makes a real difference back in the workplace. We believe that less is more when it comes to PowerPoint and theory and our training is highly interactive and focuses on skills development and practice.
