At TrainTogether, our Ignite Management Development Programme supports managers to develop the core skills, and confidence, to effectively manage their team.
Our Ignite Programme focuses on the often challenging transition from being part of the team to managing the team. Our programme develops core skills to set a manager up for success and equips delegates with effective tools and techniques to successfully manage day to day people issues.
It is aimed at team leaders, supervisors and line managers who are new to their role, or, who have not previously had any people management training, to develop the core skills and confidence to effectively manage their team.
Our Ignite programme is delivered over a 5 month period, with one full day workshop per month as follows:
The programme is delivered in our dedicated Training Suite in Holywood Co.Down and each full day workshop runs from 9.30am – 4.30pm. Our dedicated training space is bright, modern and spacious and provides a great environment for learning and developing away from the distractions of the day job.
We are an approved centre with ILM, part of the City and Guilds Group and the UK’s leading provider of leadership and management qualifications. Our Ignite programme provides delegates with the opportunity to achieve an ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills. We provide ongoing tutorial support to delegates to support them in successfully completing the three required assignments in order to achieve the ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills.
Our programme is designed and delivered by a team of HR and Leadership professionals who are considered to be industry leaders in their field. We use our personal experience as HR Consultants who support line managers to successfully address people issues every day to deliver a highly impactful and engaging programme that makes a real difference back in the workplace. We believe that less is more when it comes to PowerPoint and theory and our training is highly interactive and focuses on skills development and practice.
