Our flexible approach

We can deliver training in-house exclusively for your staff. This allows the material to be tailored to the exact needs of your organisation or indeed the needs of individuals. Training can be delivered at your premises or another convenient venue, and it can be delivered in full-day, half-day or mini-workshop sessions. This can be a cost effective and time efficient way to get the maximum return on your investment.
Alternatively, we run a programme of open courses throughout the year which are attended by delegates from a number of organisations together. These courses give delegates the opportunity to learn new skills and also to network with other employers and people managers.
Nationally recognised qualifications from ILM
We are an ILM approved training centre and so we can offer your managers training developed to their exact development needs, certified with a nationally recognised qualification.
ILM is part of the City and Guilds Group and is the United Kingdom's top leadership and management qualifications specialist. We'll start by discussing with you the skills and capabilities we need to build, which will be recorded as specific learning outcomes. Then we'll deliver the programme focusing on the agreed outcomes and the candidates will be assessed by us, and reviewed by ILM who will issue certificates.
That means you benefit from a programme tailored to your specific needs which will have a real impact in the workplace, with the quality assurance, moderated performance standards, and national recognition of the ILM qualification.
Each year we run a six-month programme of workshops and provide tutorial support to the candidates. Finally, we assess their assignment work, and link with ILM for external verification. We offer two levels of the course; Level 2 is aimed at team leaders, supervisors and line managers who are new to the role, or who have not previously had any people management training. It develops the core skills and confidence that delegates need to effectively manage their team.
Level 4 focuses on the transition from managing people and processes to being a leader. Our programme develops self-awareness, personal resilience and a more proactive approach to people management that adds value and to the organisation, as opposed to firefighting issues as they occur.
