We’re a consulting firm that does training, not just a training firm. So we’re uniquely positioned to deliver training that’s based on current, relevant, real-world expertise. We focus on building the practical skills and capabilities needed to increase effectiveness and productivity in the workplace. And when our consultants deliver training that’s rooted in their own personal experiences, it empowers people to put these new skills into action, making a tangible difference to their performance.
Training that has a real-world impact, because it's based on real-world experience.
When training is effective it builds capabilities that have a real and measurable impact on an organisation's performance, whether that's increased sales, increased productivity or better staff retention.
We have current consulting experience across hundreds of different organisations. That gives us a unique insight as trainers into the real challenges faced in today's ever changing workplace, and the capabilities needed to meet those challenges.
Combining this experience with a detailed understanding of our individual clients' strategies and aims, we develop training that's practical and makes change happen.
Trainers who build capabilities and confidence through engagement.
Our training is delivered by consultants who are subject experts and base their delivery around real-life experiences, making it practical, interesting and engaging.
Client feedback confirms that when our trainers give first-hand accounts of how the theory translates into practice, and interact with delegates as a person who has "been there", it builds real confidence in delegates to take action back in the workplace, rather than just learning a theoretical capability.
When staff, managers and leaders feel confident and engaged, they're more productive and it's much more likely the organisation will retain them for the longer term.
Course material that's based on up to the minute insights.
Organisations have to change at an unprecedented pace today, to respond to developments in technology and regulation, to changes in society, and to changes in the expectations of their own employees. And so there's a real risk that training material doesn't keep pace with organisations' changing needs.
As consultants who help organisations manage HR issues as they unfold on a daily basis, we're ideally placed to develop training material that's as up to date and relevant as it can be, in order to meet this challenge. We give leaders, managers and HR teams the skills and capabilities they need to succeed today, and in the future.
Our flexible approach.
We'll help you identify exactly which capabilities and skills your organisation needs to develop, and how best to do that.
We can deliver training in-house exclusively for your staff. This allows the material to be tailored to the exact needs of your organisation or indeed the needs of individuals. Training can be delivered at your premises or another convenient venue, and it can be delivered in full-day, half-day or mini-workshop sessions. This can be a cost effective and time efficient way to get the maximum return on your investment.
Alternatively, we run a programme of open courses throughout the year which are attended by delegates from a number of organisations together. These courses give delegates the opportunity to learn new skills and also to network with other employers and people managers.
