Teammate ® gives employers human resources support that's always there when they need it, providing constant reassurance for a fixed monthly cost.

 

We'll assign two experienced consultants to you; a primary contact and a second contact in case your primary contact isn't available. They'll both get to know you and your business, and they'll share the advice that's being given between them, using our secure online system. That means you'll always have access to a trusted adviser who's up to speed with what's happening in your business.

We begin with a free HR audit which produces a traffic light style report, so you can see your current level of compliance with employment law and HR best practice. After that you can contact your consultant by telephone, e-mail or face to face, whenever you need support; or simply to sound out an idea.
